WARRANTIES

All of our packs, wallets & gadgets come with a 3 year standard warranty at purchase. Our standard warranty covers any damages over the coverage period, just pay shipping and we will make sure your gear is as good as new.
Under warranty our customer support team will make sure to take care of your specific situation. Whether that is answering any questions, or helping you get repairs or replacements for your gear.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & exchanges can often times be time consuming and frustrating. Do not worry, under our CEIBA PROMISE™ we insure you will be happy with your order. Whether you need to exchange for a different size, get a repair, or simply and exchange, we will make sure to find you the solution you need for your CEIBA GEAR.
